Cancel your contract

This is where you cancel your paid plan. You do not need to sign in. Your gardens, plantings and journal entries stay. Once the contract ends, you move to Gartenkern Free, the free plan.

Your contract number is in your order confirmation and in your settings under "Plan & billing". It looks like this: GK-2026-000042.

The same address the garden account was created with.
