What you should know before signing up.
- Yes, anytime. Your plan runs until the end of the paid period, then you switch back to Free automatically. Your data stays untouched.
- Your data stays in your account. You can have it exported or deleted at any time. After a deletion, a 30-day grace period applies, then it is permanently removed.
- Both. Family supports 5 members: family, flatshare, garden friends, allotment club. Who joins is up to you.
- No. Free needs no payment details, and you can use it for as long as you like. You only add payment details when you switch to a paid plan.
- Yes. Family is available as a one-time purchase for 149 euros. You pay once and keep access for good, with no running cost.
- We are a small business under § 19 UStG, so we do not charge VAT. The price you see is the price you pay. You receive a full invoice by email.
