Ein französischer Eichblattsalat mit tief gebuchteten, bronzerot überlaufenen Blättern in lockerer Rosette. Du erntest ihn als Pflücksalat Blatt für Blatt oder schneidest die ganze Rosette. Er schosst spät und hält seine schöne Färbung auch in der Sommerhitze.
Mild und zart mit feiner nussiger Note, die typische weiche Eichblatt-Textur. Schmilzt fast auf der Zunge und passt zu fruchtigen Dressings.
