About this variety
Die Mirabelle von Nancy ist die klassische, weithin bekannte Mirabelle und der Maßstab für süßen Mirabellengeschmack. Sie ist selbstfruchtbar, du brauchst also keinen zweiten Baum als Befruchter. Die kleinen, gelb bis rotbäckigen Früchte reifen ab Mitte August (KW 33) und lösen sich gut vom Stein. Für Scharka ist sie anfällig, pflanze sie an einen luftigen, sonnigen Standort.
Goldgelbes, saftiges Fruchtfleisch mit honigartiger Süße und feiner Würze. Frisch vom Baum ein Genuss, eingekocht zu Marmelade oder Kompott unschlagbar, und die Basis für edlen Mirabellenbrand.
