Bezirksverband Salzgitter-Nord der Kleingärtner e. V. is a district association in Salzgitter (Lower Saxony, Niedersachsen) and belongs as a member association to the Landesverband Braunschweig der Gartenfreunde e. V. It was formed on 12 April 1953 through the division of the former district group of allotment gardeners in the city of Salzgitter into a northern and a southern district group. Around 15 allotment garden clubs in the northern part of the city belong to the district association, including clubs in Barum, Bleckenstedt, Fredenberg, Fuhsetal, Hallendorf, Heerte, Lerchenfeld and Thiede. The city of Salzgitter supports the district association, together with the Bezirksverband Salzgitter-Süd, through municipal grants passed on to the allotment garden clubs.
