Kreisverband Nordfriesland is the district association of allotment garden clubs in the Nordfriesland district (Schleswig-Holstein), founded on 19 September 1970. It comprises twelve local clubs, including those in Bredstedt, Friedrichstadt, Garding, Husum, Niebüll, Tönning as well as on Sylt and Föhr, with individual club memberships ranging from 22 to 252. The district association currently has about 1,096 members in total. It represents the interests of its member clubs on allotment matters toward municipalities and authorities, and is part of the Landesverband der Kleingartenvereine Schleswig-Holsteins e.V., which in turn belongs to the Bundesverband Deutscher Gartenfreunde.
