Regionalverband der Kleingärtner e.V. Staßfurt

Regionalverband der Kleingärtner e.V. Staßfurt is a district association for allotment gardening based in Staßfurt (Saxony-Anhalt). It is registered under number VR 36465 at the Amtsgericht Stendal and brings together nine member associations from Staßfurt and the surrounding towns of Egeln, Egeln-Nord, Förderstedt, Hakeborn, Hohenerxleben, Löderburg, Neundorf, Neu-Staßfurt and Westeregeln. Within the town of Staßfurt itself, the association counts about 20 individual allotment garden clubs. The regional association acts as general leaseholder and forwards, among other things, lease payments from the allotment garden clubs to the city; it also supports projects such as the potato project and the Classroom Nature educational garden.
